AHMOREE PRODUCTIONS is the legal entity behind the Ahmoree Marketing brand and is the controller responsible for personal-data processing within the Client Portal. Ahmoree Marketing helps businesses and organisations with content production, social media, strategy, and reporting.

Depending on your relationship with Ahmoree Marketing, we may process the following categories:

• Account and profile data: name, email address, account ID, role, client relationship, and information needed to manage access to the portal.
• Portal data: company information, content planning, strategy information, reports, assets, approvals, notifications, and commercial information supplied by you or the client relationship.
• Social-platform data: account identifiers, profile and public-content information, publication statuses, and performance statistics from connected platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, where available and needed for portal functionality.
• Technical and security data: session data, timestamps, browser and device characteristics, error messages, and log data needed for security, troubleshooting, and reliable operation.
• Communication data: information you share with us by email, support request, or contact form.

We do not ask for special-category personal data when it is not needed for the service. Please do not place sensitive information in a free-text field unless it is necessary.

We use data for the following purposes:

• creating, securing, and managing portal accounts and client access;
• showing dashboards, content planning, strategy, reports, assets, and commercial information;
• synchronising and summarising authorised social-platform data;
• answering questions, providing support, and sending service messages;
• securing, maintaining, and improving the portal, including investigating errors and misuse; and
• meeting legal obligations, including administrative and tax obligations that apply to us.

Depending on the situation, the legal basis is:

• performance of a contract or taking steps before entering into one;
• a legal obligation;
• our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable service and business communication; or
• consent, where it is needed for a specific processing activity. You can withdraw consent at any time.

When an authorised user connects a social account or when we use public platform data for reporting, we process only the data needed for the agreed portal functionality and authorised integration.

For TikTok, depending on the selected products, scopes, and technical setup, this may include account information, content information, and performance statistics. Access tokens and other integration data are processed server-side and are not intended for use outside the authorised service.

TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube are independent services with their own terms and privacy policies. A platform may process data differently from Ahmoree Marketing. You can disconnect an integration through the available portal route or by contacting us; we then delete or anonymise integration data when we no longer need it or are required to do so.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only when needed for the service, when you have given permission, or when the law requires it. This may include the following recipient categories:

• hosting, authentication, database, and security suppliers that work on our instructions;
• social platforms and integration providers when a connection or synchronisation has been activated;
• suppliers needed for service communication or support; and
• public authorities, advisers, or other parties where we are legally required to share data or need to protect a right.

We make agreements with processors about confidentiality, security, and data use. If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards required by privacy law.

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We keep an account and client relationship while the portal relationship is active and afterwards for as long as needed for settlement, evidence, legal obligations, or an ongoing dispute.

We keep integration tokens while the connection is active or as long as needed for the agreed synchronisation. Security and error logs are kept for as short a period as possible. Financial records may need to be retained longer under the law.

We take technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access, and unlawful use. These include access controls, tenant and role restrictions, server-side processing of integration data, and monitoring of security and error signals. No internet connection is entirely risk-free.

The Client Portal uses necessary cookies or similar storage for login, session management, security, and service operation. If we introduce non-essential analytics or tracking technology, we will explain it separately and ask for consent where legally required.

Within the limits of the law, you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, portability of your data, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

We may update this privacy policy when our service, processing activities, or legal obligations change. The current version is always published on this page. If a change has clear consequences for you, we will inform you in an appropriate way.
